Rules-based equity allocation US equities · long-only · daily

Most people get equity exposure two ways.
We're proposing a third.

trdeit is a managed allocation that runs a single, rules-based equity strategy on your account. Not a fund. Not a robo-advisor. Not a charting toolbox. One mandate, followed every day, with every decision logged in plain language.

Accounts are invite-only. We don't run a waitlist or a request form. Invitations come from existing users and from conversations we're already in.
Capital is at risk. The strategy can lose money in any day, week, or longer. trdeit is a tool, not investment advice. You hold the brokerage account. Execution runs through your broker. Pause anytime.

The category

Between the index fund and the chart screen.

Most retail equity exposure sits at one of two ends. trdeit occupies the middle: an active mandate, run systematically, on capital you control.

Passive 01

Index fund

Track the market
  • Broad exposure, low cost, no decisions
  • Returns equal the market, by design
  • Held inside a fund vehicle
Good for most people, most of the time.
What we do 02

Rules-based mandate

trdeit · the middle option
  • Active selection, by a fixed rulebook
  • Capital sits in your brokerage account
  • Every decision logged, paused on request
Active doesn't have to mean discretionary. The rulebook is the same on Tuesday as it was on Monday.
Discretionary 03

Trade it yourself

Pick, time, execute
  • Charts, screeners, indicators, news
  • Outcome depends on your daily discipline
  • The work is real and the work is constant
Most people who try it stop, or wish they had.
The mandate

One strategy. Run on your capital. Visible at every step.

You allocate the capital. We follow the rulebook. The product is the operational discipline — applied to your account, every market day, without you having to do it yourself.

01

You allocate the capital

Choose how much you want under the mandate. The system sizes inside that envelope and never asks for more. Your funds remain in your own brokerage account — we don't pool, custody, or lend them.

Your account · your name · your funds.
02

The system runs the strategy

One rulebook, applied daily. The system screens US equities, ranks candidates, takes positions, holds winners, and rotates as the data shifts. No discretionary overrides. No emotional re-trades.

Long-only · max 5 positions · 3–10 day holds.
03

You verify the work

Every position has a state. Every entry, exit, and stop has a timestamp and a reason. The interface shows the same vocabulary every day — so you can read what happened in five minutes, or skip it for a month.

Plain language · every action · every day.

The mandate, in numbers.

The operating cycle

One day, four steps. The same loop every session.

Predictable on purpose. The point of a rules-based mandate is that you always know what the system is doing — even when you're not watching.

01Screen

Before the open

The universe is screened for setups. Candidates are ranked by the system's signal logic, not by feel.

Discipline

The hard part of trading is not the analysis.

It's holding the line when the chart looks ugly. Cutting a position when the rules say cut. Not adding when you feel certain. Not exiting when you feel scared.

A rules-based mandate trades the same strategy on Tuesday as it did on a Monday after a bad weekend. trdeit is the operational discipline you've been trying to enforce on yourself, made into a service.

We don't promise returns. We promise the rulebook will be followed.

Who it's for

Two audiences. The page is for one of them.

trdeit isn't for everyone, and that's a feature. The audience that gets the most out of the mandate is specific. So is the audience that won't. Read the lists before you read the mandate.

It fits if you

  • Want active equity exposure beyond a passive index — and accept that "active" includes losing weeks.
  • Have lost more money to your own overrides than to bad signals, and want the override taken away.
  • Prefer one strategy run with discipline over a marketplace of options to compare.
  • Want to read a plain-language account statement and know exactly what happened.
  • Are comfortable that any strategy will have losing months, paused days, and quiet stretches.

It doesn't if you

  • Are looking for "100× your account," guaranteed returns, or any version of that promise.
  • Want to design, tweak, or override the strategy yourself — that's not what we sell.
  • Need real-time charts, indicators, options chains, or a community to discuss trades with.
  • Expect a smooth equity curve. No active strategy delivers one.
  • Can't tolerate a paused day, a bad week, or a flat month without changing your mind about the system.
Policy

The small details, in regular type.

Everything you'd find in a fine-print footer, written in the same size as the rest of the page. If something matters, it doesn't get hidden.

Access
Invite-only. We do not run a waitlist, an application form, or a referral program. Invitations come from existing users and from the small number of forums and conversations we're already part of. If you've found this page without being invited, the right move is to read the mandate, decide whether the strategy is something you'd want, and revisit the question if your circumstances change.
What we are
A software platform that runs a defined trading strategy on accounts the user opens with our brokerage partner. We are not a fund, not a registered investment advisor, and not your fiduciary.
Custody
Funds are held in an account in the user's name at their own brokerage. trdeit connects to the broker through a permissioned API and never takes custody of your money. We can place orders on your behalf inside the mandate; we cannot withdraw funds. Regulatory protection (SIPC, FINRA, or local equivalent) is determined by the broker, not by trdeit.
Capital at risk
The strategy can lose money in any day, week, month, or year. There is no guarantee, no smooth equity curve, and no minimum return. Past behavior of the rulebook — including any backtest or paper period — is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Fees
A flat platform subscription per active account. No performance fees. No per-trade markup. Brokerage commissions and regulatory fees are passed through from your broker at cost. Pricing confirmed at sign-up.
Pause & exit
You can pause the mandate from desktop or mobile at any time. Open positions are closed at the next valid bar according to the exit rules — not at panic prices. You can withdraw funds from your brokerage account independently of the platform.
Eligibility
Available to individual investors, 18+, who can open an account with one of our supported brokerage partners in their jurisdiction. Supported brokers and regions are listed at sign-up. Not available in restricted jurisdictions.
Operational state
The platform is live in production. The mandate runs on real capital for invited accounts. The figures shown on this page are illustrative — drawn from internal accounts, not from yours. Your account starts at zero and runs from day one.
If we go away
Your brokerage account is yours. It exists at your broker whether or not trdeit is operating. If the platform shuts down, the mandate stops placing orders and the account remains in your name with your existing positions, which you can manage or liquidate yourself.
Common questions

The four things prospects always ask.

01

Is this a hedge fund or a managed account?

Neither, technically. It's a software service that runs a defined strategy on a brokerage account you open in your own name with a supported broker. We act on the account inside a permissioned mandate; we don't pool capital and we don't charge performance fees. Closer in shape to a "rules-based managed account," but without the registered-advisor relationship.

02

What's the minimum, and what does it cost?

We don't enforce a minimum at the platform level — your broker's account minimums apply. For the strategy to make sense mechanically, allocations below ~$5,000 mean position sizes that round badly. Platform fee is a flat monthly subscription; broker commissions pass through at cost. Specifics in the policy section above.

03

Can I see the rules?

Not the literal source of the screening logic — that's our IP. But the behavior of the rulebook is fully visible: every position, every entry, every exit, every stop, every reason. The strategy is documented in plain language under "Read the mandate." If a rule changes, you see the change.

04

What happens in a bad market?

The mandate has a four-state regime view. In risk-off conditions it sizes down, holds fewer positions, or steps to cash. It does not get clever — it gets smaller. Drawdowns still happen. We will not pretend otherwise on the homepage.

A managed mandate.
Quietly run, in regular type.

Most pages end with a button. This one ends with a paragraph. trdeit is invite-only, not because it's a tactic, but because the product is in the period where small, qualified groups make more sense than open signups. If you've read this far and think the mandate fits, you'll know where to find us — or we'll find you.

Risk disclosure. Trading involves risk and you may lose money, including more than you originally invested in some scenarios. Equity strategies experience drawdowns. Past performance — whether live, paper, or backtested — is not indicative of future results. trdeit is a tool, not personalized investment advice. Consider whether the mandate is appropriate for your situation, or consult a qualified advisor.
